Jennifer Marszalek

Jennifer Marszalek currently serves as the Chief People Officer at NinjaTrader and as an Advisor Council Member for the Harvard Business Review, contributing insights on management and leadership content. With extensive experience in human resources, Marszalek was previously the Chief People Officer at Revolution Cannabis and held key roles including VP of People at Home Chef and Chief Talent Officer at Havas. Marszalek is a founding member of The People Collective and has served on the board of Working Credit NFP.
