Jon Dion

Jon Dion currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at NINJIO Cybersecurity Awareness Training since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of VP Sales at AuditBoard from June 2021 to April 2024, where Jon built and led teams focused on selling Infosec and GRC solutions, contributing to the company's acquisition by Hg in 2024. From August 2017 to June 2021, Jon was the Vice President of Sales at Emsi, driving revenue growth and managing Enterprise and Commercial sales prior to the company's acquisition by KKR. Earlier experience includes roles as Regional Sales Manager at Fuze, Major Account Executive at CareerBuilder, and as a Teacher and Coach at Cary Christian School. Jon began a career in commercial and investment real estate at Key Properties from August 2006 to July 2010. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from New Saint Andrews College.
