Ivana Guida

Ivana Guida has been with Nintendo for many years, holding various legal positions within the company. Ivana currently serves as the Legal Director and Senior Corporate Counsel, providing legal guidance and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, with a focus on privacy and consumer protection issues. In the past, Ivana has also held roles such as Manager of Product Clearance, Senior European Legal Advisor, and Intellectual Property Consultant. Ivana has a strong educational background with a Law Degree from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Washington School of Law.
