Ivana Guida

Ivana Guida is the Senior Corporate Counsel at Nintendo. Ivana has been with Nintendo in various capacities since 2005. Most recently, Ivana was the Manager of Product Clearance. In this role, Ivana was responsible for ensuring that Nintendo's products complied with all applicable laws and regulations. Prior to that, Ivana was an Intellectual Property Consultant with Nintendo. In this role, Ivana provided legal advice and guidance on intellectual property matters to Nintendo's business units.

Ivana Guida has an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Washington School of Law, a law degree from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, and a certification in Erasmus from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Ivana is also certified by the Washington State Bar Association as an attorney and by the CONSIGLIO DELL'ORDINE DEGLI AVVOCATI DI CAMPOBASSO, ITALY as an attorney. Finally, they have a certification in The Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US) from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals.
