Patricia F. is a seasoned professional in customer success management with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Nintex, a position held since January 2024, Patricia previously held the same title at Skuid until its acquisition by Nintex in December 2023. Prior to that, Patricia worked at PerformYard from February 2019 to September 2021, responsible for overseeing customer journeys for over 130 clients. Patricia’s career also includes roles at Prestige Beverage Group as a Fine Wine & Spirits Specialist from October 2013 to January 2019 and as a Manager & Wine Buyer at Esquire Liquors from 2009 to September 2013, where significant sales growth and inventory management were achieved. Patricia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland, completing studies in 2009.
