Lisanne van Den Bogaart

Lisanne van den Bogaart is a dedicated PhD candidate at NIOZ Royal Netherlands Institute for Sea Research, where current research is ongoing since September 2021. Previous roles include Project Leader at Wageningen Marine Research from September 2018 to September 2021, and soil advisor at BK ingenieurs for a brief period in 2018. Initial experiences in environmental research include positions as an environmental project worker at EcoSelect and a research intern at NIOZ and Marine Conservation Society Seychelles. Lisanne's academic background encompasses a Master of Science in Marine Biodiversity and Conservation from Ghent University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Biology from KU Leuven. A solid foundation in marine biology and biodiversity has been established through practical experiences and educational endeavors at various renowned institutions.
