Shellby Amalia S. is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the coatings industry, currently serving as a Senior Marketing Executive in the ATL & Digital Division and a Senior Product Executive in the Product Management & Development Division at Nippon Paint Indonesia since August 2016. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans for product launches, overseeing marketing communications, managing the MRP and purchasing teams, and coordinating with the Nippon Paint Malaysia team for product localization. Shellby previously held the position of Product Executive, where duties encompassed managing marketing collaterals and collaborating with sales teams to enhance product knowledge. Shellby began a career with an internship at the Central Bank of Indonesia in the Policies and Payment System Department. Shellby holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universitas Padjadjaran, completed in 2014.
