Nicole Aharonovich

Nicole Aharonovich has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and training. Nicole most recently worked at NIQ Activate as the Head of HR Israel. Prior to that, they worked at SKF Group as an HRBP & Talent Acquisition Specialist. Nicole also served as an HR Manager at Emek Hefer Municipality, where they were responsible for employee recruitment. Nicole has experience as a Senior Training Manager at Kineo Israel, where they worked on developing and implementing learning solutions. Nicole also worked in training and implementation roles at Unit 8200 - Israeli Intelligence Corps and Clalit Health Services. Additionally, Nicole served as the Global Director of Training and Organizational-Development at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG™), where they managed training and organizational activities for a global network of hotels.

Nicole Aharonovich received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences & Economics with honors from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 1996. Nicole then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration degree with honors from the same university in 1998.
