Merav Weissman Orion

Merav Weissman Orion serves as the CFO of Nir-Or Israel Ltd since October 2008, overseeing all financial activities including accounting, payroll, collection, suppliers, budget control, pricing, and cash flow, while ensuring compliance with IFRS standards for quarterly and annual financial reports. Prior experience includes acting as Finance Manager at Advanced Defense Technologies from 2005 to 2007, where Merav prepared financial reports, managed cash flow, and improved internal controls. Earlier roles include Internal Auditor at Maccabi Health Care Services and internships at Baker Tilly and EY. Merav holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Economics and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Tel Aviv University.
