Vidya S has extensive experience in the collections field, currently serving as Floor Manager and previously as Senior Team Lead for Collections at NIRA since February 2019. Prior to this role, Vidya S worked as a Support Associate at Portea from February 2015 to January 2019, developing skills in customer support and team management.
