Sarah (Argue) Royer has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Sarah started their career as a Marketing & Community Intern at Spartz Media, where they managed multiple social media accounts. Sarah then worked as an Operations Associate at MarkITx before it was acquired by 6Fusion. At MarkITx, they handled payroll processing, benefit enrollment, trainings, and expense management. Later, they joined InContext Solutions as an HR Associate and then HR Manager, where they contributed to the company's growth by doubling its headcount and implementing new HR processes. Sarah then worked at RXBAR as a Manager and Senior Manager in HR, overseeing the HR function during a period of rapid growth. Sarah managed various HR responsibilities, including benefit planning, compensation review, talent acquisition, performance management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. After RXBAR, Sarah worked as the Head of People at Forager, where they established the People Ops function and developed programs for recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. Following their role at Forager, they served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at closerlook, inc., focusing on HR responsibilities. Most recently, they joined Nirvana Insurance as a People Operations Lead, leading the transformation of the commercial insurance industry through cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights.

Sarah (Argue) Royer holds a degree in Advertising from Michigan State University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Essentials of Human Resources Management from DePaul University in 2015.
