James Sheridan

James Sheridan worked as the Head of Food and Beverage at Nirvana Spa from May 2018. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director of CHEF SHERIDAN LIMITED from October 2013 to May 2018. James also served as the Head Chef at White oak in cookham from March 2011.

James Sheridan attended Brooklands College from 2005 to 2007 where they pursued a degree in Catering and Hospitality, specifically focusing on Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager.
