Dennis Wei-Ning Huang has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dennis Wei-Ning started their career in 2013 as a Front Office and Guest Relations Officer Intern at MGM Hospitality and then interned as a Training and Quality Assurance Intern at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in 2014. Dennis Wei-Ning also worked as a Recruiter / Marketing and Sales Representative at RICS GmbH from 2014 to 2016.

In 2016, Dennis achieved recognition for their skills by winning the Grand Prize at the 2016 Annual More Disruption Please Hackathon, where they utilized unsupervised machine learning and clustering algorithms to create a tool that aids healthcare providers in making informed decisions. In 2017, they worked as a Consultant at Single Stop for a sponsored project related to their Master's degree. Dennis Wei-Ning also worked as a Product Marketing Associate at MOON Selfie, Inc. for a brief period.

Dennis Wei-Ning Huang began their education journey at Greater Grace International School of Budapest from 2007 to 2011, earning a High School Diploma. Dennis Wei-Ning then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Accounting at Les Roches from 2012 to 2016. Following this, Dennis went on to attend the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Masters of Science in Entrepreneurship Leadership.
