Ivana Bujakovic

Ivana Bujakovic is an experienced professional in organizational development and personnel administration, currently serving as the SAP Process Quality Management and Standardization Manager at NIS Gazprom Neft since February 2009. With a diverse background that includes project management for SAP SuccessFactors implementation and leadership roles in Health, Safety, and Environmental monitoring, Ivana has held various positions such as Expert Coordinator for Personnel Administration and Sector Director for Organizational Development. Prior experience includes roles at NIS a.d. Novi Sad, Petrol from September 1997 to January 2009, also in personnel administration. Ivana holds a Magister of Geography in Social Geography from the Faculty of Geography, University in Belgrade, and a Master's degree in Geography from the same institution.
