Kristina Fodor

Kristina Fodor is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at NIS a.d./Naftagas-Oilfield Services since December 2023. With a tenure at NIS Gazprom Neft beginning in September 2012, Kristina has held various roles including HR Expert, HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, Specialist for Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, and Professional Associate for HR. Kristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the Faculty of Sciences, University of Novi Sad (2007-2011) and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad.
