Marija Mijailović

Marija Mijailović is a Human Resources Expert at NIS a.d. Novi Sad since May 2022, responsible for corporate functions and indirectly overseeing 800 employees across various organizational units. Mijailović specializes in creating and implementing HR strategies, improving corporate culture, and collaborating with HR centers of expertise. Prior experience includes serving as a Labor Law Specialist on the HR partnership team at Delta Holding, managing legal compliance for seven companies and 900 employees, and providing HR and legal advisory services at Agency "No1" for over 100 small and medium-sized businesses. Mijailović holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Kragujevac.
