Serguei Fominykh

Serguei Fominykh, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Block of Energy at NIS a.d. Novi Sad since August 2022, following a distinguished tenure at the same company where roles included Deputy CEO, Director for Legal and Corporate Affairs, and Head of Department for Legal Monitoring from July 2009 to March 2022. Prior experience includes positions as an Associate at Dentons from June 2006 to June 2009 and at Roca Junyent from June 2002 to May 2006. Serguei Fominykh holds an MBA from IMD (2019), completed a General Management Programme at Cambridge Judge Business School (2013), an Executive Education Programme in Management of Oil and Gas Projects at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO (2012), and earned a Master of Science in Law, Legal Studies, Cum Laude from MariState University, with additional studies at Central European University.
