Kimberly Bacovin

Kimberly Bacovin has held various HR leadership roles throughout their career. In their most recent role as Director of Human Resources at Nisbet Brower, they oversee HR functions for the company. Prior to that, they served as the President & Senior HR Business Consultant at ProSolve HR, LLC. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at PDi Communication Systems Inc., where they were responsible for all aspects of HR logistics and functions. Before that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Peter Cremer North America, LP, where they led HR operations and strategic planning. Kimberly started their career at Otterbein Homes as the Compensation Director and was later promoted to Regional Human Resources Manager.

Kimberly Bacovin's education history includes a Bachelor's of Science degree in Communication - Human Communication and Culture from Indiana University Bloomington, which they pursued from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Mass Communications at Miami University. In 2015, they also completed a Senior Executive Program at Aileron. Additionally, they attended an Entrepreneur Boot Camp at Queen City Angels and obtained an Associates degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Miami University.
