Director of Omnichannel at Nisolo

Sarah Cox has worked for three companies in their career. Sarah started at DOWNTOWN CREDO INC in 2011 as the Coffee Director. In 2012, they moved to Rifle Paper Co. as the Media Relations + Project Manager. In 2014, they joined Nisolo as the Omnichannel Senior Manager, eventually becoming the Director of Omnichannel. In this role, they grew Omnichannel third-party revenue by 205% YOY (2021 - 2022) through partner acquisition and marketplace optimization. Additionally, they built a D2C customer support team from the ground up, launched Zendesk, implemented cost saving optimizations, and implemented on-site chat capabilities. This program resulted in $500k revenue in 2019.

Sarah Cox attended the University of Central Florida from 2006 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management.
