Adam Young

Adam Young has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and responsibilities. Adam is currently working at Nisos as the Director of Product Management and Design, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior Product Manager at Mandiant, where they led the Data Science team and optimized threat monitoring with machine learning models. Adam also has experience at ScienceLogic, where they served as the Director of Product Management and held various product management roles, including Senior Product Manager and Associate Product Manager. At CSRA Inc, they worked as a Senior Consultant, transforming the veteran benefits filing experience and collaborating with design firm Frog. Adam also has experience at Asurion as a Product Owner and Business Analyst, streamlining the claims filing system and guiding the integration of engineering and product management teams. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Release Manager at Applied Engineering Management and as an Analyst at Overture Technologies. Adam began their career as a Customer Service Representative at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Adam Young earned a Masters in Information Technology from The University of Maryland Global Campus in 2014. Adam previously completed their undergraduate studies at The George Washington University, earning a BA in Political Science in 2010. Additionally, Adam has obtained several certifications from institutions such as Pragmatic Institute and Scrum Alliance, including PMC Level III, The Business of Data Science, Foundations, PMC Level I, CSM, and CSPO.
