Annette Pezzutti

Annette Pezzutti is an experienced Change Management Lead in the Office of the CEO at NiSource, a position held since January 2024, where Annette leads learning and change management engagements and contributes to the company's Change Management Center of Excellence. With over 20 years of expertise, Annette has previously served as a Principal at Slalom and as a Manager in the People Advisory Services practice of EY, focusing on learning and change management for various clients. Prior experience includes a role as Program Manager for IBM Systems Education, where initiatives improved learning experiences, and a managerial position at Verizon that involved designing complex blended learning solutions for a global employee base. Annette holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Communications from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Dayton.
