Lauren Grether

Lauren (Anderson) Grether is an experienced professional with a strong background in operational excellence and strategic management. Since 2012, Lauren has held various leadership positions at NiSource, including Vice President of Operational Excellence, Director of SMS Strategy and Process, and Business Strategy Manager. Prior to that, Lauren served as the Membership & Program Manager at the Association of YMCA Professionals from September 2010 to December 2012. Lauren holds a degree from Springfield College.
