Elise Wuotila is a seasoned professional with experience as a Resident Engineer/ Construction Inspector at WHH Nisqually Federal Services and Kwame Building Group. Elise has also served as a Senior Mechanical Engineer in the US Army for over 19 years. In addition, Elise has worked at the Port of Seattle as an Assistant Resident Engineer and Veteran Fellow: Senior Financial Analyst. Elise has a strong background in coordinating projects and managing teams in fast-paced environments. Elise holds degrees from Trident University International, Troy University, and Columbus State University.
