Kristoffer Wihlborg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management, advanced data analytics, and strategic business development. Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at INFINITI Motor Company since February 2020, Kristoffer previously held the role of Associate Director of Admissions at the University of California, Davis, where a significant increase in student conversion rates was achieved.
