Marisa Peres

Marisa Peres, CCEP-I, CPC - A, currently serves as Head of Compliance & Privacy Americas at Nissan Motor Corporation since September 2019, and holds the roles of GRC Officer for South America and DPO for Nissan Brasil. Previously, Marisa was the Senior Manager of Compliance for Latin America at Avon from August 2016 to July 2019, and before that, served as Region Legal and Compliance Officer for Latin America at Alstom from July 2015 to July 2016. Marisa's earlier experience includes positions as Legal and Compliance Manager at Mitsui & Co. (Brasil) S.A from July 2009 to June 2015, and as Legal Coordinator at Validata Meios de Pagamento and G&P. Marisa holds a specialization in contracts from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, along with a CCEP-I certification in Ethics & Compliance from SCCE.
