Flavia Malaspina

Flavia Malaspina has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Flavia is currently serving as the Group Human Resources Director at Nissha Metallizing Solutions, where they are responsible for leading the HR initiatives of the company. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional HR Director for Europe & Israel at DiaSorin, where they successfully managed the HR functions for multiple countries and implemented various projects related to recruiting, performance management, compensation, and talent development.
