Karen Robinson

Karen Robinson possesses extensive experience in human resources leadership, currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Nissin Foods since September 2024. Previously, Karen led HR Transformation efforts as SVP of People Experience at Amplify from May 2023 to September 2024. At Exemplis LLC, from November 2014 to May 2023, Karen held the dual role of Chief Human Resources Officer and ESG Leader, overseeing HR and ESG functions for several brands. Additional experience includes senior HR roles at Apollo Education Group, Eaton Corporation, The Boeing Company, the County of San Diego, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology and an M.S. in Organizational & Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University, as well as a BA in Psychology from Wagner College.
