Danish Sarwar

Danish Sarwar has extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. In their current position at Nisum as a Senior Software Engineer/Line Manager, they are responsible for communication, requirements breakdown, and development of new modules for a Fortune 500 organization. Danish also manages a team, assigns tasks, sets goals, and conducts performance reviews. Prior to this, Danish served as a Team Lead at Target Energy Solutions, where they led a team of nine and developed complex Oilfield products using modern technologies. Danish also wrote JavaScript libraries used in multiple products across different teams. Before that, they worked at Central Asian Cellular Forum as a Team Lead, focusing on front-end development, R&D, and maintenance of various systems. Danish also worked at Trethium SMC as a Full Stack Developer, contributing to the development and maintenance of GroupTogether's features and payment systems. Lastly, they served as a Full Stack Engineer at Route Trading Ltd, where they developed a human resource management system and contributed to the development of a training system called "Injaaz".
