Eduar Alexis Peña Velasco has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Eduar Alexis started their career as a Java Junior Developer at Asmet Salud EPS SAS, where they streamlined the affiliation process and improved information processing in the Oracle 11g database. During their time at Areamovil, they worked as an Android and iOS Developer, optimizing microservice calls and implementing efficient data handling systems for various applications. At Movalto Group, they served as a Mobile Application Developer, contributing to the development of the XP application and reducing the time to generate certificates in PDF format. Currently, they are working at Nisum as a Backend Java developer, where they are a part of the COE at BCI, responsible for maintaining and proposing guidelines for new and old developments at BCI bank. Eduar Alexis has implemented log management standards to improve performance test time for new microservices. Overall, Eduar has demonstrated their skills in software development, optimization, and problem-solving throughout their career.

Eduar Alexis Peña Velasco graduated with a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad del Cauca in 2015. In the same year, they also completed a specialization in Android Mobile Application Development at Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA). Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they obtained a degree as an English Technician from Institución Universitaria Colegio Mayor del Cauca.

Additionally, Eduar has obtained certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they received the Scrum Fundamentals certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2021, they obtained the DevOps esencial certification from LinkedIn, and in 2023, they completed the Conviértete en especialista en desarrollo Java certification, also from LinkedIn.
