M. Awais Zaki has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and business development.

M.Awais is currently employed as an Associate Executive People & Culture at Nisum since June 2022.

Prior to this, they worked at Islamabad Recruitment Company where they held multiple roles. M.Awais started as a Recruitment Trainee in March 2021 and progressed to Recruitment Executive, Senior Recruitment Executive, and finally Manager HRBP. In their role as Manager HRBP, they were responsible for overall supervision and monitoring of outsourcing projects, as well as outsourcing client and team management. M.Awais worked at Islamabad Recruitment Company from June 2021 to May 2022.

Before that, they worked as a Human Resource Officer at Joint Consultant from March 2020 to July 2020.

Their earliest work experience was as a Business Development Officer at Askari Commercial Bank Limited from September 2019 to February 2020.

M. Awais Zaki's education history is as follows:

M.Awais obtained an MBA degree in Human Resource from Capital University of Science and Technology from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources from International Islamic University, Islamabad, from 2015 to 2019.

In 2015, they also earned a Diploma in Computer Networking from Virtual University of Pakistan. Earlier, from 2012 to 2015, they pursued their studies in Computer Science and obtained an ICS degree from Global College Of Sciences Rawalpindi.

Furthermore, M. Awais Zaki completed their secondary education, SSC, in the field of General Science from Fauji Foundation College For Boys Rawalpindi.

In addition to their formal education, they have also received several certifications.
