Muhammad Zahir has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Muhammad started their career in 2010 as an Operations Executive at Protege Global, where they were responsible for data entry and maintaining records. Muhammad then worked as a Team Coordinator, Internal Coordinator, and Team Manager, gaining experience in quality control, process training, and client coordination.

In 2015, Muhammad joined GfK as an Associate HR Business Partner, where they assisted in providing HR services and maintaining the employee database. Muhammad later became an HR Business Partner, collaborating with functional managers on recruitment, orientation, and onboarding processes.
