Milly Richardson

Milly Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Milly started their career as an HR Manager at Criteo in 2012, focusing on Northern Europe. Milly then moved to News UK in 2013, where they held roles as a Talent & Development Manager and HR Business Partner specializing in the technology sector. In 2015, they joined Hearst Magazines UK as a Talent & Development Manager. Milly's next position was at YLD in 2016, where they served as the VP of People. In 2017, Milly became the Head of Human Resources at 7digital. Milly then worked at WeWork in 2018 as the People Director for UK & Ireland, followed by roles at TheHRhub and thortful as an Associate Director and Chief People Officer, respectively. In 2020, Milly became the Head of People at thortful, and in 2021, they joined JD & Co as an Executive Search Talent Partner. Currently, Milly holds the position of VP of People at Vitesse PSP Limited and will assume the role of Chief People Officer in April 2023. Throughout their career, Milly has exhibited a strong background in HR, talent management, and development.

Milly Richardson completed their GCSEs from Perins Community School between 1995 and 2000. Milly then pursued a Foundation in Coaching Practice degree from iCoach Academy from 2013 to 2014.
