Emil Molnar has a diverse work experience. Emil worked at Nisz Zrt. as the Head of Product Management and Service Development since June 2019. In this role, they were responsible for service design and improvement, prioritizing functional requirements, and identifying business needs in the e-government sector. Prior to this, from May 2016 to June 2019, they served as a Senior e-government Expert, where they worked on various e-government applications and acted as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders. Before that, Emil was the Head of Service & Application Support from April 2014 to May 2016, overseeing a team of 18+ members and managing a budget of over 500 million HUF for e-government services. From January 2012 to March 2014, Emil worked as a Service Manager in the e-government area, and earlier in their career, at Nisz Zrt., they served as a Content Manager from September 2008 to January 2012. Emil also has experience at Építészfórum, where they worked as the Managing Director from January 2005 to September 2008 and as a Sitebuilder and Editor from June 2000 to December 2004.

Emil Molnar attended Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 1997 to 2004, where they obtained an Msc degree in Electrical Engineering. In July 2022, they also obtained a certification as a Scrum Product Owner from the International Scrum Institute™.
