Jeno Szalay has extensive work experience in the field of security and information technology. Jeno is currently serving as the Director of Security at NISZ Zrt. Jeno previously held positions such as Owner of Stoppie Bike Kft., Security Manager at Vodafone, Head of Information Security Analysis & Development at OTP Bank, and Lead information security expert at NISZ Zrt. Jeno has also worked as a Senior Information Security Expert at Magyar Telekom Nyrt and as the Head of security department at Magyar Telekom. Jeno started their career as an IT & Telco advisor and project leader at Hungarian Gallup Inst.

Jeno Szalay has a diverse education history in various fields. In 2000-2002, they attended the Technical College of Budapest Kálmán Kandó Telecommunication Faculty, where they earned a degree in Telecommunication Engineering. In 2010-2012, they pursued a degree in Information Security at the University of Public Service, specializing in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. In 2011, they also completed a program in Security Management Level 4 at Perpetuity Training LTD England. Furthermore, in 2016, they acquired a Level 5 degree in Corporate Risk Assessment from Perpetuity Training LTD England. Additionally, they obtained a Lead ISMS Auditor certification in Information Security from SGS Hungary in the same year. In terms of other specialized qualifications, Jeno completed their studies at the Hungarian Police Academy from 2006 to 2010, earning the title of an Expert of Civilian Security. Jeno also holds a degree in IT Engineering from the Technical College of Budapest János Neumann IT Faculty, which they completed between 1996 and 2000. Most recently, in 2018, they engaged in a course at Cisco's Cyber Range, focusing on the field of Cybersecurity.
