Thomas Carroll is a Senior Vice President at NITCO, where he works with a team of telecommunications professionals to provide NWI with reliable and affordable voice, broadband, and television services. Prior to NITCO, he was involved in acquisitions at Tall Tower Capital,LLC., and served as the President & CEO of Carroll Production where he focused on network syndication and outdoor sports production. With a background in public broadcasting, Tom has held various roles such as President & CEO at Lakeshore Public Television & Radio and Director of Sales & Production at WPBS TV. He also has a BA in Political Science, History, and Economics from University at Albany, SUNY, and an AA in the same subjects from Jefferson Community College.
