Dale Karacostas

Dale Karacostas has extensive experience in product development and innovation, currently serving as Vice President of Innovation and previously as Director of Product Development at Nite Ize, Inc. since May 2015. Prior to this role, Dale held various positions at Cascade Designs from 2001 to April 2015, including Brand Director for SealLine and E-Case, Divisional Director for Shelters, Sales Manager, and Consumer Services Supervisor. Additionally, Dale worked as a Dealer Services Representative at Mountain Safety Research/Cascade Designs from 2000 to 2001. Dale earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography with a focus on Human Geography from The University of Georgia between 1991 and 2000.
