Monica Hoffer

Monica Hoffer is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience as a Controller, currently serving at NiteHawk Sweepers since June 2023. Previously, Monica held the same position at MiCROTEC Corvallis & Vancouver and returned to NiteHawk Sweepers in 2019 after a significant tenure at ThyssenKrupp Aerospace NA / TMX Aerospace, where responsibilities included directing finance and program control functions as well as leading accounting operations. Monica's academic credentials include an M.B.A. and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, complemented by an Associate's degree in Business Management from Green River College.
