Chris Trudeau has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Chris started their career as a Game Room Technician at CEC Entertainment, ensuring proper functioning of equipment and performing basic repairs. Chris then worked as a Laser Equipment Operator at Advanced Fiber Technologies/Finebar, operating laser equipment and troubleshooting cutting issues.

Chris became an Assistant Superintendent at Northfield Green Condominiums, where they supervised a team and performed property maintenance tasks. Chris then worked at the Connecticut Science Center as a Visitor Services Specialist, providing assistance to visitors and managing group arrivals. Chris also served as a Reservation Center Coordinator and IT Specialist at the same organization, responding to IT issues and managing the reservation booking process.

At Cloud5 Communications, Chris held the position of Hosted Voice over IP (SIP) Technician and Team Lead. Chris managed and assigned work to other technicians, troubleshooted remote telecommunication hardware issues, and provided feedback for hiring.

In their most recent role at Nitel, Chris worked as a Network Engineer and demonstrated expertise in various network technologies, such as SD-WAN, MPLS, and VoIP. Chris served as the primary contact for clients, ensured clear and up-to-date technical documentation, optimized network performance, and troubleshooted complex network issues.

Throughout their career, Chris has consistently shown leadership, customer service skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Chris Trudeau attended Bolton High School from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained their high school diploma. Chris then pursued further education at Manchester Community College from 2006 to 2010, specializing in Computer Networking Technology. In addition to their academic achievements, Chris obtained several certifications from reputable institutions. In September 2010, they acquired an Amateur Radio Service License (HV) from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Later, in August 2016, Chris earned the dCAA - Digium Certified Asterisk Administrator certification from Digium, as well as the ATSA - Internetworking and ATSA - Unified Communications Appliance Solutions certifications from ADTRAN. In November 2017, they obtained an Industrial/Business Radio Service License (IG) and a General Mobile Radio Service License (ZA) from the FCC.
