Jeff Cardinal

Jeff Cardinal has an extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Jeff has held various roles and positions throughout their career.

From 1989 to 1994, they worked at ACC Telecom as an LD Switch Technician and LD Engineer. In this role, they provided on-site support for the long-distance switching center, conducted software and hardware upgrades, and resolved network and customer issues.

From 1994 to 1998, Jeff served as the Manager of Network Services and Operations at ACC Telecom. Jeff was responsible for LD routing and translations administration, toll-free service administration, toll fraud prevention, and LD switch capacity planning.

In 1998, Jeff joined PAETEC where they held several leadership roles. Jeff started as the Director of Switch Operations and Equipment Engineering, overseeing multiple new office builds and managing central office activity and growth. Jeff then became the VP of Switch Operations and Equipment Engineering, providing structure and management for all Central Office operations and budgets. Later, they served as the VP of Systems Engineering and Data Implementation, leading teams to deploy various voice and data services. Finally, they became the VP of Engineering and Integration, representing the engineering and network planning departments during mergers and acquisitions and managing the integration process.

In 2012, Jeff joined Windstream as the Program Director of Cell Site Deployment. In this role, they led the deployment of fiber-to-the-tower cell sites. Jeff then became the Director of Wholesale Service Delivery, responsible for coordinating service delivery for the wholesale and resale client base. Jeff managed order coordination, project management, circuit design, and provisioning for various products, and served as a customer advocate and point of escalation. Jeff earned a promotion through the acquisition and integration of Earthlink Wholesale into Windstream.

Most recently, Jeff joined Nitel in 2020 as the Vice President of Wholesale Service Delivery.
