Raghunandan S is a highly experienced academic and industry professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Professor at Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology since May 2016, and as a Principal Partner at Buoyanci since April 2015, Raghunandan has a distinguished background in technology and research. Previously, Raghunandan held significant roles, including Research Leader at Samsung Research Institute - Bangalore from October 2001 to April 2015, where efforts led to the incubation of new technology domains. Other noteworthy positions include Project Manager at Philips Software Center, Group Leader at Tektronix, and Technical Specialist at Tata Elxsi. Raghunandan holds a Ph.D. in DSP, Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, Image Processing, and Pattern Recognition, as well as an M.E. in Communication and Signal Processing, both from the Indian Institute of Science.
