Paula Phelps

Paula Phelps is currently the Director of Human Resources at Nitto Avecia Pharma Services. Prior to their current role, Paula held various HR leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, where Paula led global supply chain change management initiatives and supported diverse talent pipelines. Paula also has experience in talent acquisition at Idealab and holds degrees in Organizational Development and Merchandise Marketing. Paula is an active member of SHRM.
