Gowtham Baskaran

Gowtham Baskaran is an accomplished leader with over 15 years of extensive experience in the technology and outsourcing sectors. As President and Managing Director for the Philippines, Japan, Korea, and the Middle East at Nityo Infotech Services since September 2008, Gowtham oversees a $40 million P&L, focusing on the establishment and expansion of a Strategic Business Unit within a leading global technology and management consulting firm. Prior to this role, Gowtham served as Vice President of People & Process Management at Helios Outsourcing, where responsibilities included client relationship management and operational optimization. Additionally, as Assistant Manager of Operations at Supersight Ceequence Technologies, significant achievements included building high-performing sales teams and securing client support. Educational qualifications include a Chief Operating Officer Programme at Nanyang Business School, a Post Graduate degree in Product Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor's in Commerce from Dwaraka Doss Goverdhan Doss Vaishnav College.
