Julie Sharma currently serves as Account Director_Talent Management at Nityo Infotech, having held various roles since April 2015, including Delivery Lead-Recruitment-Malaysia and Assistant Manager-Client Services. Nityo Infotech, a global management consulting and technology services company, operates across 15 offices in 10 countries. Prior to this, Julie worked at IDC Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Technical HR Executive, focusing on talent acquisition for Wipro. Additionally, experience at New Era India involved technical recruitments for prestigious clients such as Ericsson Global, Tech Mahindra, and Tata Communication. Julie holds an MBA in HR from JIMS, completed between 2009 and 2011, and completed matriculation at Krishna Niketan (C.B.S.E.).
