Millet Lajara is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and client services management. Currently serving as the Director for Operations and Client Services at Nityo Infotech since November 2015, Lajara oversees a substantial portfolio valued at 700 million, managing a team of 800 internal and external personnel. With a proven track record as a key player in expanding the company’s portfolio and contributing significantly to revenue generation, Lajara has consistently excelled in account management. Previous roles include Senior Executive Operations and Client Services, Operations Manager, and Management Consultant, where responsibilities included providing strategic insights on cash projections, sales performance, and recruitment, as well as mentoring account managers. Prior to this, Lajara worked at Information Professional, Inc. as the Business Unit Manager for the Non-IT Division, where a successful Non-IT Division was created, managing major accounts and handling recruitment functions, while actively participating in the Management Committee. Millet Lajara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Centro Escolar University.
