Manoj Aggarwal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.
Manoj started their career in 1996 with their own family business, where they took on various roles in sales and management until 2006.
From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Sales Executive at Golden Innovation.
In 2009, they joined Hero Electric as a Sales Executive before moving to Hindustan Unilever Ltd as a Trade Marketing Executive, where they worked from 2009 to 2014.
In 2014, Manoj joined NIVEA INDIA as an Assistant Shopper & Customer Marketing Manager. Manoj later took on roles as Shopper and Customer Marketing Manager and Area Sales Manager within the same company until 2018.
From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Regional Manager - Sales and Customer Marketing at Zydus Wellness Ltd.
In 2020, they joined Danone India as a Trade Marketing Manager, a position they held until 2022.
Currently, Manoj is working at NIVEA INDIA as the Head of Customer Marketing GT. Manoj previously held the role of Senior Manager S&CM GT at the same company.
Throughout their career, Manoj has gained significant experience in trade marketing, sales, and customer marketing across different sectors.

- From 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations, General at NIILM-CMS.
- Between 2003 and 2006, Manoj attended Acharya Narendra Dev College and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree, with a focus on Marketing.
- Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they studied Commerce at Dev Samaj Modern School, completing their 12th grade education.
