Andrew Newcombe

Andrew Newcombe is currently employed as a Government Investigations and White Collar Defense Litigation Associate at Nixon Peabody LLP since November 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew was an Associate at Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA from September 2023 to November 2024. Andrew earned a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law, where involvement included positions as a Student Attorney in the Wrongful Convictions Clinic and the Community Enterprise Clinic, as well as Co-Director of the Veterans Assistance Project. Additional experience includes a Summer Associate position at Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA in 2022 and a Legal Intern role at the United States Attorneys' Offices in 2021. Andrew also has a background in business consulting with Boston Consulting Group and served as an Infantry Officer in the US Army from 2014 to 2017. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Certificate in Public Interest and Public Service Law from Duke University School of Law.
