Jaclyn Kelly serves as an Associate Attorney at Nixon Peabody LLP since June 2022, specializing in affordable housing. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Attorney at Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA from June 2020 to May 2022, and at Preti Flaherty from April 2019 to March 2020. Jaclyn has also contributed to the academic community at the University of New Hampshire School of Law as Managing Editor of the University of New Hampshire Law Review and as a Teaching Assistant for courses in Pretrial Advocacy and Legal Writing. Additionally, Jaclyn completed a Legal Residency with the Honorable Andrea K. Johnstone at the United States Courts in late 2017. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law (2015-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland (2011-2015). Early education was completed at Souhegan High School in Amherst, New Hampshire (2007-2011).
