Karren Alquillera has worked in various roles since 2001. Karren began their career as a Merchandising Staff at Waltermart Supermarket and then moved to Millennium Computer Technologies as a Front Desk Representative. In 2004, they joined Teleperformance Philippines as a Customer Service Representative. From 2006 to 2017, they worked at Acquire BPO in various roles including Customer Service Department Manager, Customer Service Program Manager, Customer Service Senior Team Leader, Customer Service Team Leader (Telstra & Optus), Customer Service Team Leader (General Enquiries), and Customer Service Associate Team Leader. Most recently, they have been a Customer Operations Manager at Nixplay since 2017.

Karren Alquillera holds a Bachelor of Arts in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician from Wesleyan University - Philippines. Karren has also obtained three certifications: The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CLSSGB) from SAS Management Incorporated in October 2019, The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (CLSSYB) from SAS Management Incorporated in October 2019, and ITIL 2011 Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2017.
