Gaurav Agarwal

Gaurav Agarwal has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Currently, they are the Head of Partnership & Alliances at niyogin, where they are responsible for strategic alliances and partnerships for lending products. This includes vendor finance, supply chain, escrow, and API-enabled fintech. Gaurav also focuses on forming new alliances for digital products and unsecured loans.

Prior to their current role, Gaurav worked as a Visiting Faculty at the N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research in 2016.

From 2020 to 2022, Gaurav served as the Senior Director of Key Accounts (BD & Marketing) at Mint International. Gaurav successfully established the inside sales function and secured 18 new contracts, leading to a 22% increase in revenues. Gaurav also revived three existing accounts and launched a HRIS SaaS-based product for startups and SMEs.

At Directi, Gaurav held multiple roles from 2015 to 2020. Gaurav initially worked as the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, overseeing the launch of SME Corporate Sales and managing a team of 20 Key Account Managers. Later, they transitioned to the role of Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales & Business Development, focusing on product and process rollouts, training, and sales expansion across India.

Gaurav Agarwal started their career at YES BANK in 2010, where they served as the Branch Service Delivery Leader until 2015. Prior to that, they worked as the Branch Operations Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank from 2007 to 2010 and as a Customer Service Manager at ICICI Bank from 2006 to 2007.

Gaurav's professional journey began in 2004 as a Management Trainee at Reliance Infocomm Limited.

Gaurav Agarwal pursued their education in a chronological manner. Gaurav completed their High School education at St John Evangilist High School from 1987 to 1997.

Gaurav then attended Sathaye College from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained their HSC +2 in the field of Business/Commerce. Gaurav continued their education at Sathaye College and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from 1999 to 2002.

Furthering their academic pursuits, Gaurav earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing from N.L.Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research from 2002 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Gaurav has obtained certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In May 2019, they completed a Course on Operations Management from Udemy, and in April 2012, they became JAIIB certified by the Indian Banking Association.
