Jodi Drolette, PHR

Jodi Drolette, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Jodi began their career at Whole Foods Market in 2011, where they held multiple roles including Cashier, Whole Body Team Member, Payroll and Benefits Processor, and Team Member Services Operations Specialist. During their time at Whole Foods Market, Jodi provided excellent customer service, educated customers on the company's mission and core values, and effectively communicated with team members and management. Jodi also handled cash amounts of up to approximately $12,000 per week while maintaining accuracy in cash drawer management. In 2021, Jodi joined Innovive Health as an HR Coordinator before transitioning to their current role as a Benefits and Leave Coordinator in May 2022.

Jodi Drolette, PHR, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics from Salem State University. Jodi completed their degree from 2011 to 2016. In addition, Jodi has also obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in August 2021.
