Lana Ubinski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and community engagement, currently serving as a Program Associate in the Workforce Development Division at the National Urban League since June 2016. In addition, Lana has held the position of DVRT Coordinator at YWCA Union County since October 2012, focusing on volunteer recruitment, community outreach, and advocacy for domestic violence survivors. As an Instructor at NJ LEEP, Inc. at Seton Hall Law School since June 2012, Lana has contributed to college preparation and academic skill building for urban and at-risk youth. Previous roles include Field Executive and Project Assistant at Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey, Special Events and Volunteer Coordinator at In The Life Media, and Part-Time Lecturer in Women's and Gender Studies at Rutgers University. Lana holds an M.A. in Women's and Gender Studies and a B.A. in History/Art History, both from Rutgers University.
